CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI)  REQUIREMENT 

​To rent certain equipment from Gripz Rentals, clients may be required to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to pickup.

The COI must be obtained through your production’s insurance provider and should include:

  • Gripz Rentals listed as Additional Insured

  • Gripz Rentals listed as Loss Payee

  • A minimum of $1,000,000 in General Liability coverage

  • Coverage for rented or hired equipment

The certificate must be valid for the full duration of the rental period.

If you do not already have production insurance, short-term coverage can be arranged through a licensed provider. For assistance, you may contact Travis A. Swain.

When reaching out, be prepared to provide:

  • Type of production

  • Rental dates

  • Equipment being used

They will guide you through the process and issue a COI that meets Gripz Rentals requirements.
